CN Members, Patti Glinton-Meicholas and Pam Burnside, made a presentation today to the students of Dr Nicolette Bethel at the College of The Bahamas on Creative Nassau and the Bahamian Straw Industry.

Dr Bethel, who previously conducted a comprehensive 5-year research study about Junkanoo with the help of another group of her COB students, is interested in examining how another research project based on the IDB publication 'The Orange Economy' by Felipe Buitrago  (which speaks about the importance of developing more Creative Economies in the Caribbean), can be utilized in The Bahamas.
